Refund / Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch — contact us immediately with your order number.

Once shipped, the standard 7-day return window applies. Approved refunds are reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders, if offered, are refunded via bank transfer.
