How long is delivery?
Orders are dispatched in 24–48 hours and delivered in 3–7 business days across India.
How do I choose a size?
Each product page has a size guide. When between sizes, we recommend taking the larger one.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — unworn pieces with tags intact can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number (e.g. BB48291).
How are refunds processed?
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay.
